Designed to help businesses develop their potential by utilising the skills and enthusiasm of undergraduates. Businesses can select a student to focus on their specific business needs over an 8 - 13 week period during the summer at an affordable cost. The benefits are twofold: The host organisation gains a fresh perspective from a dedicated, enthusiastic individual; the student gains the experience of putting theory into practice.

The University of Exeter's Graduate Business Partnership has been a valuable resource to businesses in the South West since 1996 using the scheme to "test drive" potential staff, access new skills or source a very capable extra pair of hands. The initial twenty week placements can be extended or made permanent at no additional cost and as the scheme is available throughout the year, businesses can tap into this resource as and when required. All successfully placed graduates attend a Business Training Course run by the University on a one day a fortnight basis with the option for existing staff members within the host organisation to also benefit.
